We had an amazing experience with Nick!! He stuck it out for the long haul with us. After a couple months of looking we took a break for personal reasons. No questions asked. As soon as we were ready to start looking again he was on it 100%. If we had a question he would answer it no matter the time of day. And if he didn't know the answer he would find out. He was so extremely honest with us when looking and that meant so much. If we ever decide to buy again we will absolutely be giving Nick a call!! We found our forever home and got it at a great price thanks to him!

As first time home buyers we did not know where to even start. What we did have was a deadline to move on from our appartment. Nick helped ease us into the market and the home buying process. He helped us find and visit a number of properties, educating us on a variety of home purchase and maintenance topics along the way. This helped us solidify what it was we wanted (and didn't want) out of our new home. Communication with Nick was a breeze. Nick did a great job assisting us with selling the house. Very honest and above aboard. I would highly recommend him as your agent. For example at the closing, the seller's attorney gave a higher total commission for the sale then it was supposed to be. Nick questioned the lawyers figures which resulted in more money coming back to us the sellers. That kind of honesty is trio appreciated!

If there were 10 stars he'd have earned all 10 of them. Nicholas is a man dedicated to his craft. He is very easy to communicate with, very easy to get ahold of by telephone, and will go any extra mile to make sure you know each and every detail of your home buying experience. If we didn't have Nicholas for an agent, I don't think I'd be a homeowner today. We had difficulties with every step we took buying this house, and Nicholas, without giving up,(even though at times I believe another agent would've walked away), very confidently, and with skilled precision, completed each and every task possible to make this transaction go through. At first it looked like we wouldn't be qualified to get the funding, and Quite a few times Nicholas had to apply a backup plan, and we had to take alternate steps many times to close on this deal. And very quickly and very efficiently Nicholas pulled out all of the stops, even waiting for me to get home from work after midnight one evening, and then drove to my home to get some paperwork signed. He will go the extra mile and do whatever it takes to get you exactly what you ask for, and then some. We were constantly being surprised by what Nicholas could get done, or included with buying the home, as well as getting us an incredible price for the home. And I'm talking about $35,000-$40,000 less than we expected to pay. Nicholas is very trustworthy, knowledgeable, and his integrity exceeds anything I've ever seen in someone. Even if you just have questions about real estate, he will take the time to answer them as honestly as possible. I'm so glad we had Nicholas on our side while buying a home, and if we ever decide to move to another home, I can guarantee Nicholas will be our agent when we sell this home and buy a new one.
